I give you ... a look at our gorgeous new home in Sammamish, Washington. This sweet little ranch was built in 1979 and sits on .5 acres of lush, beautiful green land. It's actually located inside a state park and our backyard is protected property (think the giant trees of forests and woods). Two-car garage and three-car carport (hmmm ... do I see a boat in Linda's future?), three bedrooms, covered deck. Yes, it could use a little updating, but we consider that opportunity for play. Trails start just outside the perimiter and the lake is just steps away. I honestly don't know how we got so lucky. Come visit!
