RHR International offers a program titled Top Talent to coach upper level executives in pursuit of the CEO position. Our Look Inside to Lead campaign targeted the potential CEOs themselves, human resources hiring managers, and current CEOs looking for their replacements. "Look Inside to Lead" spoke to each audience in a different manner; HR representatives were asked to look inside the company for the replacement; potential CEOs were to look inside themselves for their own strengths and talents; and current CEOs were to look inside to find what it takes and the person appropriate to lead a comany.
