Sometimes
you get what you pay for; other times you get more.
And unfortunately, sometimes you get less than what
you pay for. At $729, the NEC FE1250+ is one of
these instances, with performance well below what
I'd expected from NEC at this price.
An
OSD (or as NEC calls it, OSM [On-Screen Manager])
really can't get much easier than this: menus along
the top with submenus below make all the standard
controlsÑplus geometry settings, convergence, factory
preset, degauss, and moreÑeasy to find and alter.
And thank goodness, because when I sat in front
of the NEC FE1250+, I had some work to do.
